SOGESMAINT-CBRE was created in 1973 and is currently managing over 1.400.000 mē in 120 buildings throughout Belgium and Luxembourg.
SOGESMAINT-CBRE with a total staff of 50 highly educated people with complementary profiles (architects, technical & civil engineers, economists, accountants,...) has offices in Brussels and Luxembourg.
The company is managed by a Board of Directors, all of them being present in the day-to-day operations of the firm ensuring executive responsibility for all instructions given by clients.
Micheline is acting as Sogesmaint-CBRE's Chief Executive Officer and member of the board, since July 2009. Micheline was previously Chief Operating Officer, since she joined the firm in May 2008.
In her function as CEO, Micheline oversees all activities of Sogesmaint-CB Richard Ellis in Belgium & Luxembourg.
Micheline benefits from an 18-year professional experience in real estate, working with Atisreal BNP Paribas as Head of Property Management. Micheline was in charge of 35 major real estate investment companies.
