Sogesmaint CB Richard Ellis has moved to a new office building. It concerns the Arsenal building, Boulevard Louis Schmidt 29. The brand new building was constructed by Fortis Real Estate and subsequently sold to GLL. Sogesmaint CB Richard Ellis will occupy 995 m˛ of office space on the ground floor.
Sogesmaint CB Richard Ellis previously resided in the headquarters of CFE along the Avenue Herrmann Debroux. The move to Arsenal symbolises the final integration of the merger between Sogesmaint and CB Richard Ellis property management, as a stand-alone subsiduary.

Micheline De Munck has been appointed as the new CEO of Sogesmaint-CB Richard Ellis, taking over the operational management of the company from Michel Guillaume. Micheline arrived at Sogesmaint-CB Richard Ellis in May 2008 as COO, and was responsible for the final integration of the merger between Sogesmaint and CB Richard Ellis property management.
As CEO, Micheline heads a new management team including André Latinis (director), Nunziata Turi (finances) and Thomas Maskens (project management). Micheline also has a seat on the Board of Directors, with other members being Nicolas Orts and Gaetan Clermont from CB Richard Ellis, Renaud Bentegeat and Jacques Ninanne from CFE and Michel Guillaume as the President. Sogesmaint CB Richard Ellis counts 50 employees, and manages over 1.55 million square meters in 150 buildings.
